PURPOSE: A porous metal manufacturing method using a centrifugal casting method is provided to facilitate to regulate a diameter of pores and the porosity of porous metal finished by changes in a rotating speed of a mold after injecting metal molten in a gaseous condition. CONSTITUTION: A porous metal manufacturing method using a centrifugal casting method comprises the following steps: a step for melting metal in a gaseous condition; a step(S120) for injecting the molten metal into a mold for a centrifugal cast; and a step(S130) for solidifying the injected metal in order to form directional pores inside the metal. The gas includes hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen.
