The present invention relates to a refrigerant pipe for ice making with improved durability and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, the refrigerant pipe for ice making includes: a refrigerant tube which has a refrigerant flow path for a refrigerant formed inside and has one side formed flatly in the same width, and has a number of installation holes formed along the one side; a number of dipping tubes which are installed at each installation holes of the refrigerant tube, and have an ice making space part with one side opened inside, and are dipped into an ice making water for ice making; a flow path partition which connects only the other end of the ice making space part of each dipping tube, and flows the refrigerant to the refrigerant flow path again through the other end of the ice making space part according as the refrigerant flow path of the refrigerant tube is partitioned by being protruded to the outside of the opened end of the dipping tube; a first bonding member to bond the flow path partition to the dipping tube and the refrigerant tube; and a fixing unit which installs the dipping tube, where the flow path partition is installed, in the refrigerant tube, and bonds the ice making space part of the dipping tube and the refrigerant flow path of the refrigerant tube as connected with each other. The fixing unit comprises a burring part which is formed along the edge of the installation hole and is in plain contact with one end of the dipping tube by being bent to be protruded to the outside of the refrigerant flow path, and a second bonding member to bond the burring part and the dipping tube, and increases bonding surface of the burring part and the dipping tube. |
