PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform interference measurement with high accuracy in a future system independent of a CRS.SOLUTION: A base station device includes: a determination unit (401) for determining resources to allocate a desired signal measurement reference signal (CSI-RS) and an interference estimation reference signal; and a reference signal generation unit (405) for generating the interference estimation reference signal by applying a scramble sequence. The base station device performs control to apply, to the interference estimation reference signal, different scramble sequences among a plurality of transmission points and transmission point groups.
