PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform ion exchange work in an ion exchanger.SOLUTION: An ion exchanger 47 includes an ion exchange resin cartridge 47d, a case 47e in which the ion exchange resin cartridge 47d is housed, and a lid 47f of the case 47e. The ion exchange resin cartridge 47d can be exchanged by detaching the lid 47f and the ion exchanger 47 is mounted so that the liquid surface of a cooling medium becomes the uppermost part in a gravity direction within a cooling system to which the ion exchanger 47 is connected. The height of the liquid surface of the ion exchanger 47 is preferably higher than the position of the cooling medium injection port 43a in the radiator 43 constituting the cooling system or higher than the highest position of the radiator 43. |
