PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a foreign substance present in the vicinity of a detection coil, namely a magnetic coupling element, without newly preparing a sensor, and improve detection accuracy.SOLUTION: A detection device includes: one or a plurality of magnetic coupling elements L3 configured to have one or a plurality of coils; and a detection unit 32, 33 that measures or calculates effective resistance values of the magnetic coupling elements L3 or an effective resistance value of a circuit L3, C3 including at least the magnetic coupling elements L3 and determines the presence or absence of a foreign substance on the basis of a change in the effective resistance value. |
