PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate excellent in heat resistance in which a polarizer and a transparent resin film are stuck via a photocurable adhesive.SOLUTION: There is provided a polarizing plate in which a transparent resin film is stuck to a polarizer made of a polyvinyl alcohol resin on which a dichroism dye is adsorbed and aligned via an adhesive, wherein the adhesive is formed of a photocurable composition which contains a photocurable component containing an epoxy compound and a photobase generator. The epoxy compound constituting the photocurable composition preferably has at least two epoxy groups in the molecule and these epoxy groups are preferably present as glycidyloxy groups. In addition, the epoxy compound preferably has no aromatic rings in the molecule. The photobase generator constituting the photocurable composition preferably is a compound having a carbamate structure in the molecule or a quaternary ammonium compound. |
