PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runner of a Francis water turbine and the like, capable of restraining generation of noise by restraining generation of water pressure pulsation.SOLUTION: A runner of a Francis water turbine includes a plurality of runner blades between a runner crown and a runner band. A runner corn is arranged in a central part of a surface for arranging the plurality of runner blades in the runner crown. The runner corn is a conical shape of being smaller than a downstream side outer diameter in an upstream side outer diameter for making water flow in when operating the water turbine, and a step height is formed on an outer peripheral surface. A surface of turning to the downstream side is arranged in a ring shape along the rotational direction of the runner in the step height. |
