PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device and an electronic apparatus that can efficiently correct transconductance due to manufacturing variations, fluctuations of power source voltage, and temperature and the like.SOLUTION: A circuit device 300 includes: a communication circuit including at least one of a reception circuit 310 and a transmission circuit 210; and adjustment signal generation circuits 100-1, 100-2 for outputting adjustment signals AGM1, AGM2 to adjust the transconductance of an adjustment object circuit comprised in the communication circuit. The adjustment signal generation circuits 100-1, 100-2 perform generation processing of the adjustment signals AGM1, AGM2, store up electric charge corresponding to the generated adjustment signals AGM1, AGM2 in a capacitor, and output the adjustment signals AGM1, AGM2 on the basis of the electric charge stored in the capacitor to the adjustment object circuit. |
