PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a user creating game data.SOLUTION: A game system 100 receives an instruction to create game data GD from a user, and communicates with each of a plurality of terminal devices 12 to be used by the user to play a game applied with the game data GD. A storage device 44 stores the game data GD created according to the instruction from a creator UA to the terminal device 12. A controller 42 transmits the game data GD stored in the storage device 44 to the terminal device 12 of a user UB in response to a request of the user UB, and gives a benefit to the creator UA of the game data GD according to a state of use of the game data GD.
