PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat that has a cushion pad placed on a seat frame, and the cushion pad is equipped with a main portion forming a seating surface for an occupant seated thereon, and side support portions provided on the sides of the main portion, wherein by molding the cushion pad 10, the rigid member 31 is firmly attached to the back surface of the cushion pad 10, and no deficient portion resulting from the support member appears on the surface of the cushion pad 10 after formation of the product.SOLUTION: A cushion pad 10 has a back surface facing the seat frame, a back surface member 20 is provided on the back surface of the cushion pad 10, and the back surface member 20 protects the back surface from damage resulting from rubbing between the back surface and the seat frame. Rigid members 31 is provided inside a side support portions 12 of the cushion pad 10, and the rigid members 31 exhibit higher rigidity than the cushion pad 10, and extends in the direction in which the side support portions 12 protrude. The rigid member 31 has end portion on the back surface of the cushion pad 10, and the end portion is integrated with the back surface member 20. |
