PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set proper priority to an outlet by estimating an electric apparatus connected to the outlet of an adaptor.SOLUTION: A power control device 40 estimates electric apparatuses 8 connected to outlets of adaptors 60 by carrying out analyzation processing of power utilization on the basis of actual use information indicating power consumption in each electric apparatus 8 connected to the adaptor 60 and utilization characteristic information related to the utilization of each electric apparatus, and automatically sets priority to each outlet of the adaptor 60 by referring to a power-saving control pattern in which the priority in each electric apparatus is set in advance on the basis of the estimated electric apparatus 8. In order to obtain a power-saving effect designated by a management server 30, the priority which is a target of feeding stop is decided, and feeding stop to the outlet of the adaptor 60 corresponding to the decided priority is designated to each adaptor 60 during power-saving.
