PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that improves noise performance and steering stability, while maintaining anti-hydro planing performance.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire includes a carcass 6 and a belt layer 7. A tread section 2 has: a center circumferential main groove 10; shoulder circumferential main grooves 11, and center lateral grooves 14. The center lateral grooves 14 are inclined in the direction opposite to belt cords 7c of an outermost belt ply 7B and angles of the inclination are 10 to 60° to the tire circumferential direction. The center lateral grooves 14 each include a narrow part 16 and a wide part 17. A tie bar 18 is provided at the outer end of each center lateral groove 14. A lateral siping 19 is provided in each tie bar 18. |
