PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film which achieves flame retardancy and designability without impairing original characteristics of an oriented polyester film such as mechanical strength, thermal properties, electrical properties, and higher-order processability.SOLUTION: A polyester film has a phosphorus content of 0.30-2.00 wt.% and has a black pigment component content of 0.5 wt.% or more, and at least one film surface thereof has a surface roughness Ra of 0.100 μm or more. |
