PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure preventing breaking of an inverter disposed inside a front compartment and a power cable connecting a motor at collision.SOLUTION: In a hybrid vehicle 100, an inverter 5 is fixed to the upper part of a drive train 2. A power cable 22 supplying power to the motor extends from the lateral side of the inverter 5. A protector 12p for protecting the power cable 22 is provided in front of the power cable 22. In a new electric vehicle, the inverter is fixed to the upper part of the drive train, and the protector is disposed in front of the power cable from the lateral side of the inverter. The protector protects the power cable from a device retreating toward the inverter at collision. |
