PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for improving the Sake preservation performance of a glass container, which is determined to be inferior in the Sake preservation performance according to an advance evaluation.SOLUTION: A specific ingredient in Sake is added to the glass container, and the Sake preservation performance of the glass container is evaluated according to a change in concentration with the passage of time of the added ingredient and a generated component derived from the added ingredient. In a process of manufacturing a glass container of the same kind as the glass container determined to be inferior in Sake preservation performance of the glass container according to the evaluation, Freon gas is sprayed to the interior of the glass container, or the glass container is filled with a nitric acid solution to thereby remove a copper component from the inner surface of the glass container. |
