<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of O-benzoyl chitosan derivative is provided to quickly and selectively derive O-benzoylation even at low temperatures by having a short reaction step. CONSTITUTION: An O-benzoyl chitosan derivative is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is a phenyl group or a p-methoxyphenyl, n is an integer from 2-1,000,000. A manufacturing method of the O-benzoyl chitosan derivative comprises a step of mixing a benzoic acid derivative with trifluoroacetic acid anhydride at 30-50°C; a step of cooling the mixture to 15-25°C, adding 70-95% phosphoric acid, and stirring the mixture to manufacture a phosphoric acid-carboxylic acid anhydride; and a step of adding a chitosan to the phosphoric acid-carboxylic acid anhydride, mixing the materials at 15-25°C, and conduct a reaction at 30-65°C for 15-25 hours.</p> |
