PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an address retrieval device excellent in retrieval of ambiguous address data.SOLUTION: An address retrieval device refers to an address database registered with registration address data that include at least one identification information of block identification information, floor identification information and flat identification information and further include a separator for separating the identification information included and retrieves input address data. The address retrieval device comprises storage means and determination means. The storage means stores an auxiliary address database registered with auxiliary address data that correspond to the registration address data and exclude the separator. The determination means refers to the auxiliary address database and determines the input address data to coincide with the registration address data when the input address data coincide with the auxiliary address data.
