摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an optical waveguide that has high optical coupling efficiency through a mirror and allows for high quality optical communication; a manufacturing method of the optical waveguide for efficiently manufacturing the optical waveguide; and an electronic apparatus including the optical waveguide.SOLUTION: An optical waveguide 1 has a plurality of core parts, a plurality of lateral cladding parts, and a mirror 17. Among these components, the mirror 17 is one of two cross sections formed on a position intersecting a core part 14 as an inner wall surface of a recess 170 formed in the middle of the core parts of the optical waveguide 1. A normal line 171n of one cross section of the two cross sections corresponding to the mirror 17 forms an angle &thetas;1 of 40 to 70° with respect to an optical axis A of the core part 14, and a normal line 172n of the other cross section forms an angle &thetas;2 of 140 to 175° with respect to the optical axis A. The recess 170 is formed by transfer molding with a molding tool.
