PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation element, or the like, which improves extraction efficiency of electromagnetic waves from a resonator and can be manufactured by a simple method.SOLUTION: An oscillation element 100 includes a resonance part 101 for making electromagnetic waves resonate, and an antenna part 102 having a laminate structure including two conductor layers 104, 105 provided on the end face of the resonance part and emitting electromagnetic waves from the resonance part. Two conductor layers have a matching region 110 related to impedance matching, and superimposed at least partially at an interval in the lamination direction of the laminate structure. The matching region is tapered in the direction elongating from the resonance part toward the antenna part, when viewed in the lamination direction. |
