PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which facilitates the routing of wiring electrically connected with an electrode during packaging.SOLUTION: In a light emitting device 100 according to this invention, a first electrode 120, a second electrode 122, and a third electrode 124 are positioned on a surface of a lamination body 130 that is opposite to the substrate 102 side. The first electrode 120 and the second electrode 122 flow a current into a first active layer 106 and the first active layer 106 generates first light. The second electrode 122 and the third electrode 124 flow a current into a second active layer 112 and the second active layer 112 generates second light. Emission parts 151, 156, 171, 176 emitting the first light and the second light are provided on a side surface 106a of the first active layer 106 and a side surface 112a of the second active layer 112 which are included in a side surface 130a having a normal line perpendicular to a lamination direction of the lamination body 130. |
