PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging film having sufficient moisture resistance, transparency, and heat sealing performance, and a process for producing the same.SOLUTION: A process for producing a packaging film includes a step to produce a film by inflation-molding an olefinic resin composition. A first characteristic of the olefinic resin composition is a resin composition containing (A) an ethylenic polymer, (B) a nucleating agent, and (C) an olefin compatible resin composed of one kind or a combination of not less than two kinds selected from the group consisting of petroleum resins, terpene resins, coumarone-indene resins, rosin-based resins, and hydrogenated derivatives thereof. A second characteristic is that the density of the olefinic resin composition is 0.940-0.960 g/cm. A third characteristic is that the melt flow rate (MFR) of the olefinic resin composition (as measured at a temperature of 190°C under a load of 2.16 kg) is 0.5-5.0 g/10 min. A fourth characteristic is that the inflation molding is conducted at a blow ratio of not less than 2.0 and not greater than 4.5. |
