PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve noise performance and drainage performance in a good balance.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire includes a shoulder main groove 3, a shoulder lateral groove 10 and a middle lateral groove 11. The shoulder main groove 3 forms a zigzag pattern comprising a linear portion 14 and an arc portion 15 and includes a circumferential region 16 that continuously extends within the shoulder main groove 3 and parallel to the tire circumference direction, without contacting with groove edges 3x, 3x at both sides of the shoulder main groove 3. A ratio d0/d of a width d0 in a tire axial direction of the circumferential region 16 to a width d in the tire axial direction of the shoulder main groove 3 ranges from 0.2 to 0.7. A tire circumferential distance La between an intersection K1 where a groove edge 11x at one side of the middle lateral groove 11 and a groove edge 14x of the linear portion 14 cross each other, and an intersection K2 located closer to the other side, where a groove edge 10x at one side of the shoulder lateral groove 10 and the groove edge 3x of the shoulder main groove 3 cross each other, is 1.1 to 2.0 times as a tire circumferential length Lb of a connecting portion between the middle lateral groove 11 and the shoulder main groove 3. |
