PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field emission device that is less likely to be damaged and that can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A portable nondestructive inspection device 100 comprises a main body part 102 housing an X-ray generator, and a power supply part 103. The main body part 102 and the power supply part 103 are separable. Separation and coupling between the main body part 102 and the power supply part 103 are performed by using a mechanical key. In the power supply part 103, a transformer 104 and a battery housing part 105 are integrated. A terminal 106 is protruded from the transformer 104. A holding part 107 is attached to the battery housing part 105. A switch 108 is provided to the holding part 107. |
