PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to recognize mutual IP addresses between a vehicle and a charging stand in communication of charging control information to control charging between the charging stand for charging a storage battery of the vehicle and the vehicle.SOLUTION: An own link local address generation unit 105 generates an own link local address which is a link local address of its own communication device on the basis of a MAC address set to the own communication device. A MAC address exchange unit 106 obtains a MAC address by exchanging MAC addresses between own communication device and a communication partner communication device. A partner link local address generation unit 107 generates a partner link local address which is a link local address of the communication partner communication device on the basis of the MAC address set to the communication partner communication device. A micro computer 104 communicates charging control information between own communication device and the communication partner communication device by use of the partner link local address and the own link local address. |
