<p>Disclosed is a processing method for a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS). According to the received information about an MBMS of interest transmitted by user equipment (UE), the multi-carrier capability of the UE, and the frequency of a serving cell of the UE, the network side activates a frequency corresponding to the MBMS of interest or switches the UE to a frequency corresponding to the MBMS of interest. Also disclosed are an MBMS processing apparatus, receiving method and device. The solution of the present invention can realize that, in a multi-carrier environment, the network side activates a frequency corresponding to an MBMS of interest or switches the UE to the frequency according to the information about the MBMS of interest reported by the UE, so as to receive the MBMS of interest, which solves the problem that the receiving efficiency of an MBMS service is relatively low in the multi-carrier environment, and achieves the effect of improving the MBMS receiving efficiency of UE.</p> |
