<p>A message processing method and an optical line equipment in an intelligent optical network are provided. The method comprises configuring an appointed optical line equipment as a non-control plane node, and transmitting the appointed messages to other nodes of non-control plane or the nodes of control plane after the optical line equipment receives appointed messages, or generating an alarm message after the optical line equipment detects an optical line failure, and transmitting the alarm message to other nodes of non-control plane or the nodes of control plane periodically. The present invention improves processing efficiency of an intelligent optical network, especially improves the efficiency of auto-discovery and optical line alarm of the optical terminal node by an optical line amplifier (OLA).</p> |
