PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety of police officer, ambulance crew or the like who comes into contact with a person falling down.SOLUTION: A medical diagnosis support system includes: a risk information providing terminal device 1; an identity information database 3 in which biological information and identity information of a plurality of persons are associated and stored; and risk information databases 4 and 5 in which the identity information of the plurality of persons and specific information having a possibility of including risk information of the persons are associated and stored. The risk information providing terminal device 1 comprises: a communication section 10 that acquires the risk information from the risk information databases 4 and 5 on the basis of the identity information while acquiring the identity information from the identity information database 3 on the basis of the biological information acquired by a biological information acquisition section 15; a first storage section 11 for storing the risk information transmitted by the risk information databases 4 and 5; and a first display section 12 for displaying the risk information.
