CARBON NANOTUBE STRUCTURE AND FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube structure and a field emission display using the same.SOLUTION: A carbon nanotube structure includes a carbon nanotube array, a carbon nanotube layer, and a plurality of third carbon nanotubes. The carbon nanotube array includes a plurality of first carbon nanotubes that are parallel with each other. The carbon nanotube layer includes a plurality of second carbon nanotubes and is located on one surface of the carbon nanotube array. The plurality of second carbon nanotubes comes into contact with one end of the plurality of first carbon nanotubes. The third carbon nanotubes are placed between the carbon nanotube array and the carbon nanotube layer and become entwined with the carbon nanotube array and the carbon nanotube layer.
