PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration of a plug body, and to prevent that a removable valve or a fixed valve comes off together with a treatment tool when extracting the treatment tool.SOLUTION: A fixed valve 45 and a removable valve 47 are connected by a connection band 46, and are integrally formed with an elastomer. A frame body 41 is configured by a plastic rigid body. An upper part of the frame body 41 is formed with a flange 89 and a reception part 90. The lower end of the fixed valve 45 is formed with a second flange 81. The second flange 81 is locked to the flange 89, and the fixed valve 45 is installed to the frame body 41. The flange 89 and the reception part 90 pinch a part of the second flange 81 to block the detachment of the second flange 81 from the flange 89. The fixed valve 45 is firmly installed to the frame body 41, and when extracting a treatment tool 14, the fixed valve 45 does not come off. |
