PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of manufacturing assembled conductor wires capable of maintaining adhesion between conductor wires.SOLUTION: The process of manufacturing assembled conductor wires 10 includes: a fixing step of fixing both ends of element conductor wires 12 collectively arranged by being applied with an adhesive 16 so that each element conductor wire 12 is able to slide in a longer direction; a bending step of forming a bent part 20 by bending the fixed element conductor wire 12; and a heat bonding step of bonding the element conductor wires 12 by heating the element conductor wires 12 formed with the bent parts 20. This configuration makes it possible to maintain adhesion between the element conductor wires 12 even when a bending process is included in the production process. |
