PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set variation in output with respect to a theoretical value of an angular velocity sensor to be 10 mV or less in an inspection device and an inspection method for performing inspection of the angular velocity sensor by rotating a holding member at rotational speed of 8.3 rpm or more and 25.0 rpm or less.SOLUTION: A device for inspecting an angular velocity sensor includes: a holding member 20 which holds an angular velocity sensor 10; a motor 30 rotated integrally with the holding member 20; and a control unit 50 in which, when rotary signals for rotating the motor 30 at a predetermined rotational speed are inputted from an external circuit, drive signals obtained by adding a predetermined speed loop gain to the rotary signals are generated, and the drive signals are outputted to the motor 30. Then, the control unit 50 generates the drive signals obtained by adding the speed loop gain of 30 Hz or more and 70 Hz or less to the rotary signals. |
