PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor that reduces the effect of interfering substances.SOLUTION: A sensor contains an enzyme having dependence on coenzyme, a quinone compound having a hydrophilic functional group, and at least a pair of electrodes 31 and 32. The quinone compound contains quinone and a substituent, and accepts electrons from the enzyme having dependence on coenzyme. The substituent contains a benzene ring, and a hydrophilic functional group added to the benzene ring. If voltage is applied to between the pair of electrodes 31 and 32, one of the pair of electrodes 31 and 32 accepts electrons from the quinone compound. |
