PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remaining quantity detection apparatus in which reduction of cost can be expected while improving versatility by implementing residual quantity detection of a fluid such as a liquid or powder stored in a container, in structure that is easily sharable for various articles.SOLUTION: In a remaining quantity detection apparatus 29, electrostatic capacitive detection sensors 22a-22e are included on an outer surface of a beverage tank 20. Each of the electrostatic capacitive detection sensors 22a-22e comprises a sheet-like member formed of a dielectric body and a plurality of electrodes which are provided linearly in the sheet-like member in one direction of the sheet-like member while being disposed in parallel with intervals, and forms a sensor capacitor from the plurality of electrodes and a dielectric portion between the electrodes. Further, a remaining quantity detection section 25 is provided which detects the remaining quantity of liquid beverage L on the basis of an electrostatic capacitance change in the case where a liquid level La of the liquid beverage L in the beverage tank 20 passes the plurality of electrodes in an intersection direction crossing an extension direction of the electrodes. |
