PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a print content from being deformed after image formation, when forming an image on a recording material with an image already formed.SOLUTION: When image formation on a surface of a recording material on which an image is formed is commanded by a currently-received print job, it is determined whether the image formation on the recording material according to the print job is possible or not, at least referring to image information of the recording material obtained by reading the image of the recording material. If it is determined that the image formation on the recording material according to the print job is not possible, the image formation on the recording material is suspended. If it is determined that the image formation on the recording material according to the print job is possible, an image is formed on the recording material, according to the image information of the print job. |
