The present invention relates to a payment card holding device for a measured-rate-system collection apparatus of food garbage, and the purpose of the present invention is to enable prevention of non-payment of payment expenses according to food garbage discharges. Said purpose is achieved by including: a driving motor provided with a rotation axis so as to enable forward and reverse driving in response to the control of a control part according to insertion of a payment card in a payment card recognition part built in a payment card holding accommodation part that is installed on an inside face of the main body so as to allow waterproofing; a rotating part provided to enable the rotation of one end in forward and reverse directions in response to driving of the driving motor with the other end being connected to the rotation axis; a card holding means with connection of one end to the other end of the rotating part wherein one side is drawn in and out of the main body through a groove formed in the main body to stop driving of the driving motor by blocking the upper end part of a payment card inserted in the payment card recognition part so as to enable prevention of withdrawal of the payment card; and a position control means provided to allow fixing onto an inside face of the payment card holding accommodation part so as to be able to stop while contacting the other end to determine the return position according to return of the card holding means by the driving motor driven in a reverse direction according to control of the control part in response to pushing of an ending button provided in the main body under the condition wherein the payment card is put in holding by the card holding means. |
