An embodiment of the present invention provides a touch panel which comprises a sensing electrode layer formed on a reinforced upper cover substrate. The sensing electrode layer comprises a plurality of sensing electrodes, wherein at least one end of each sensing electrode is extended outwards with a comb-shaped terminal, and each comb-shaped terminal comprises at least one branch. A light-shielding layer is formed above the sensing electrode layer, and at least partly overlaps the comb-shaped terminal. In addition, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a touch display device to which the touch panel is applied.
