Bolt and nut tightening device, including a tightening member (7) for rotating and wrench (11) for rotating said tightening member (7), equipped with a handling arm (17), characterised in that said wrench (11) and the tightening member (7) are joined by a connecting device (9) contrived in such a way that the wrench (11) can swivel in relation to the tightening member (7) around a swivel axis (Y-Y') substantially perpendicular to the screwing axis (X-X') of said tightening member (7) so that it can be placed in a rest position substantially perpendicular to said screwing axis and can rotate the tightening member (7) around said screwing axis (X-X') or turn freely in relation to the the tightening member (7), around said screwing axis (X-X'), over a range of angular clearance (α) of at least 170°. |
