PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool for correcting the motion of fingers and a wrist when catching a baseball.SOLUTION: An auxiliary tool for correcting the motion of fingers and a wrist includes: an auxiliary plate 1 in contact with the back of a hand, extending from the back of the hand to the wrist, covering at least a central part of the back of the hand and a joint part of the wrist, and preventing the wrist from being bent outward; an auxiliary plate 2 in contact with the palm of the hand, extending from the palm of the hand to between the third joints (MP joints) and the second joints (PIP joints) of three fingers of the forefinger, the middle finger and the third finger, covering at least a central part of the palm of the hand and the third joints (MP joints) of the three fingers of the forefinger, the middle finger and the third finger, and preventing the fingers from being bent at the third joints (MP joints) of the fingers except the thumb; and a connection part 3 with the auxiliary plate 1 and the auxiliary plate 2, for putting the tool on the hand. |
