PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cooler which achieves good solder bondability when a cooled body is joined by soldering.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a cooler 1 includes: a lamination material manufacturing process S1; and a brazing joint process S4. In the lamination material manufacturing process S1, a Ni layer 3 where a cooled body 16 is joined to an upper surface 3a by soldering and formed by Ni or Ni alloy, a Ti layer 5 disposed on the lower surface side of the Ni layer 3 and formed by Ti or Ti alloy, and an Al layer 6 disposed on the lower surface side of the Ti layer 5 and formed by Al or Al alloy, are joined in a lamination manner and integrated to produce a lamination material 2. In the brazing joint process S4, a lower surface of the Al layer 6 of the lamination material 2 is joined to a cooling surface 10a of a cooler body 10 by brazing. |
