PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display screen having less variation in brightness.SOLUTION: In a method for improving image quality of a video display device, a display screen is constituted by combining a plurality of video display units in which light-emitting display elements are arranged in a matrix state, after brightness for every light-emitting display element is adjusted by a target set value, brightness smoothing processing is performed by a pre-set value of a correction table for pattern reduction, brightness variation for every light-emitting display element is measured, an average value of the brightness variation is calculated, and the average value of the brightness variation is set within a range of a predetermined value. |
