PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction mechanism capable of restraining generation of noise vibration (NV), and a motor torque transmission device having the reduction mechanism.SOLUTION: A reduction mechanism 5 includes input members 50, 51 made from outer-toothed gears formed with helical cogwheels, a rotary force giving member 52 having a first inner-toothed gear and a second inner-toothed gear respectively engaged with the input members 50, 51 and formed with helical cogwheels, and bearings 54, 56 for rotatably supporting the input members 50, 51 by laying between inner peripheral surfaces of center holes 50a, 51a and outer peripheral surfaces of eccentric sections 42a, 42b in the input members 50, 51.
