PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden of a service provider side as a coupon issuance source even when coupons are issued to limited users belonging to a specific organization.SOLUTION: A coupon issuance mediation device comprises: a service request reception unit 11 that receives a service request including at least user identification information, organization identification information, and site identification information; an authentication request unit 12 that transmits, to a destination corresponding to the organization identification information, an authentication request to authenticate validity of the user identification information, on the basis of the received service request; a response reception unit 13 that receives a response to the transmitted authentication request; a coupon issuance unit 14 that, when authentication information representing that the validity of the user identification information has been proved is included in the received response, issues a coupon usable for a service provision site corresponding to the site identification information; and a coupon information transmission unit 15 that transmits the coupon information relating to the issued coupon to a transmission source of the service request. |
