PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser module that surely reflects laser light by a reflection mirror and is excellent in coupling efficiency to an optical fiber.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser module 1 mainly includes a package 3, a semiconductor laser 5, lenses 7, 9, and 13, a reflection mirror 11, and an optical fiber 15. The package 3 includes a bottom portion and side surfaces 19a and 19b. The side surfaces 19a and 19b substantially vertically stand from the bottom portion of the package 3. In the semiconductor laser module 1, a plurality of semiconductor-laser installation surfaces 17 are formed stepwise. On each semiconductor-laser installation surface 17, the semiconductor laser 5 is installed. The lens 7 is disposed ahead of (in an emission direction of) the semiconductor laser 5. Moreover, the lens 9 is disposed further ahead of the lens 7. The reflection mirror 11 is fixed to the side surface 19a provided so as to face the emission direction of the semiconductor laser 5. |
