PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control unit in which a connector is exposed from a case, capable of achieving both of preventing interference of the case with the connector upon thermal deformation and preventing contamination from a gap between the case and the connector, in the electronic control unit.SOLUTION: A case 2 of an electronic control unit 1 includes a body 3 whose one surface is opened as a housing mouth of a printed board and a lid 4 which closes the housing mouth. An opening 42 into which a connector 5 is fitted is formed on the lid 4. Right and left gap covers 44 with which right and left directional gaps between the opening 42 and the connector 5 are covered from a front side are disposed on right and left edges of the opening 42. The right and left directional gaps are set to such a gap width that the connector 5 and the case 2 do not interfere with each other upon thermal deformation. A board edge surface in a depth direction of the printed board housed in the case 2 is brought into contact with an inner surface of the case 2. A depth directional gap between the right and left gap cover 44 and the connector 5 is set to a gap width satisfying IP 40. |
