PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for transmitting information from a vehicle to a receiver in a license-free network by an efficient method.SOLUTION: A communication device to be mounted on a vehicle comprises: a reading out unit configured to read out one or more pieces of information from the vehicle; a receiving unit configured to receive broadcast addresses of one or more receivers; and a broadcast unit configured to repetitively broadcast the read-out one or more pieces of information to the one or more receivers by use of the broadcast addresses. At the communication device, the receiving unit receives broadcast addresses (S601), the reading out unit obtains a broadcast disk including report items of the vehicle (S602), and the broadcast unit further frequently broadcasts the broadcast disk including higher priority report items (S603). |
