PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device for an elevator that can hold high foreign matter detection sensitivity without being influenced by door installation accuracy.SOLUTION: A door device for an elevator includes a projected cross section buffer body 15 provided on one side of a door stop; a recessed cross section body 16 provided on the other side of the door stop and facing the projected cross section buffer body; a pressure sensor 17 disposed on the rear face side of the projected cross section buffer body and detecting the pressed state of the projected cross section buffer body; and a control part for performing the stop control or reverse control of a door during the operation of the pressure sensor. Each of both side air gap dimensions in the thickness direction of the door when a projected part 15b1 of the projected cross section buffer body is engaged with a recessed part 16a of the recessed cross section body is set to be equal to or larger than the width dimension of the projected part, and the tolerance of engagement between the projected part and the recessed part when the door is totally closed is enlarged to detect a long-sized foreign matter without being influenced by door installation accuracy. |
