PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric element manufacturing method and an electric element which are capable of reducing loss caused by the skin effect.SOLUTION: The electric element manufacturing method includes forming a structure having a tubular hollow part with a rapid prototyping technique. Then, a conductor film is formed on the inner surface of the hollow part of the structure.
