PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum degassing apparatus in which the dust collection efficiency of a dust collector can be improved even under a pressure condition around vacuum.SOLUTION: In a vacuum degassing apparatus including a dust collector 2 which has an inlet and an outlet of exhaust gas and removes dust in the exhaust gas generated from a vacuum vessel 1, and a booster 5 which is provided downstream from the dust collector 2 and vacuumizes the vacuum vessel 1, a pressure adjusting plate 3 which increases pressure loss of the exhaust gas is provided downstream from the outlet of the dust collector 2 and upstream from the booster 5, and the pressure of the dust collector 2 is increased with the pressure adjusting plate 3 to consequently improve the dust collection efficiency of the dust collector 2. |
