PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation device for a gravestone, which prevents a gravestone from collapsing during earthquake.SOLUTION: A gravestone includes a middle stand 1, an upper stand 2, and a monument stone 3, which are sequentially stacked. A balancing weight 4 made of heavy material such as stone, concrete and iron which synchronously oscillates in the direction opposite to the vibration direction of an earthquake is attached to the top face part of the monument stone 3. The balancing weight has a shape with a non-directional weight balance (same balance) in radial direction, having a perfect circular plan shape. |
