PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of improving a cooling amount of oil used for cooling.SOLUTION: A cooling device includes: a power transmission device that transmits power for travelling a vehicle; a case that stores the power transmission device and at least part of which out of an outer surface thereof receives travelling wind; and a part 13 to be cooled that is cooled by supplying oil inside the case. The cooling device includes an oil dissipating means 15 for dissipating oil so that a contact area of the oil discharged from the part 13 to be cooled with an inner surface where the case receives the travelling wind increases. |
